Manny Valle was amazing!! He was fast & efficient. Very Animal friendly & professional! I had a leak in my water heater valve & it was fixed right away! He explained everything to me & helped me understand the problem & how to prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend & will be using him for future plumbing, heating & cooling issues.

When my furnace died, I knew I needed a replacement quick, as nighttime temperatures were already dipping into the 30s. A friend of mine recommended this company as she had recently used them. I reached out to make an appointment and they sent James out to meet with me within a day or two. I knew I would need a new furnace as my current furnace was 44 years old. James was upfront with the pricing (which was in line with what I had expected to pay). He answered all my question and went through all the finance options with me. The turnaround time for install was very quick. It was a full day job as they were installing a new furnace and upgrading to a central air conditioning unit. On the day of install, Jeff and John arrived on time and were extremely respectful of our property. They again answered all our questions, provided a tutorial of our new thermostat and reviewed information regarding upkeep and filter changes. Our new furnace is so quiet and we are looking forward to the comfort of AC this coming summer. I can’t recommend Reimer enough. At the end of each interaction they said , “Call us if you have any questions.” Their customer service is excellent. We’re very pleased.

I was extremely impressed with the entire experience, from my initial online service request to the final repair. The scheduling process was seamless, and the technician arrived on time and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively, and my tenant's furnace is now heating properly. My technician, Josh F., even made helpful suggestions to prevent future repairs. I have already scheduled Reimer for additional services, including electrical work, based on my positive experience.

My rating on this is because this was an emergency service to have our hot water tank replaced. They came out on a short notice (1 day) and replaced my hot water in no time at all. This was scheduled to be replaced three days after I had the new furnace and AC units replaced. The tank went that night. Excellent service and Manny is very friendly and knowledgeable technician. This new company honored the quote I got to replace this. Reimer heating and cooling is taking over Excellent Air who I’ve used for years. I believe I can continue my trust in the new company.

He was able to explain what he was doing, and assured me that things were in good shape. He also explained the maintenance program which I signed up for. He was friendly and outgoing. He was a pleasure to have at the house.

Today Joe S. Came to Install a new thermostat at my house. The new thermostat needed a new wire too. I am extremely satisfied with his servicie. He showed great knowledge and was very profesional and polite. The task was not easy as previous wire was stuck to the wall but together with Chad , they figure it out and solved it. My thermostat is ready to be used after less than 2 hours since their arrival. Also I want to take the opportunity to acknowledge Jennifer who answered my request politely and worked with me to accommodate my schedule for the install. She was very helpful . She listened to what I explained and make the request of the service simple and easy. It is so refreshing for a change to call a company for help and receive it. Great job to the company Reimer (ex advance heating and cooling) I highly recommend them!
